Windshield wiper motor and windshield replacement

My car (96 ek hatch)
Only has one speed on wipers fast middle will not work, so does that mean my motor is bad is maybe a relay or fuse?

and where is a good place to get a windshield replaced at a good price, in the Gwinnett area?

odds are the switch is bad. give me a call if u want to find out 100%. whats wrong. also i have a guy that does windshields.

switch is bad , and also about windshield contact your insurance company most of them offer a 1 time free replacement and they come to your house ...NO deductible either
