Honestly man I'm not sure. They don't make a huge difference. I had them years ago to allow a wheel to clear my Spoon calipers.

Eh not sure but it should be close. The db is a tad longer but shouldn't have an affect I would imagine on the back glass that much to where it wouldn't fit.

No the visor will not fit a four door and they never made a visor for the four doors I had a four door and tried one on and didn't fit sadly

Yeah people aren't willing to show the dough for what it's worth. I'm not budging on that one being what it is and how rare it is. $300 cash or I'll hang onto it.
