I live on dirt road and I want to soon clean up my trunk recover it and add a sub box but I found a access hole behind the drivers side carpet and im not sure what part to look for online here is a pic of it

if its on the qtr, then its called a pressure vent. it allows air to escape for the car when shutting your doors.
