Who's is it!? Anyone know? I see it all the time, usually on 316 or on Collins Hill. Bumberless with a roof rack on.

Oh? Damn, that's two chicks in 240's then. I see a black one, also without the bumper, ride around every now and then. I might be seeing things... but I think it's RHD too. Drove by too fast trying to flex last I saw it, so not sure, but that would blow my mind haha.
