I'm running a chip p28 tuned for h it runs strong just has a slight
Skip at lower Rpm also when I come to red light throttle stays at 2500 or 3k I pat the gas idles at 900

The issue with the rpm staying at like 2500 after stopping sounds like the throttle lever is binding up, or the throttle cable is getting caught somewhere. Double check it. Skip at lower rpm sounds like an ignition problem, double check for opens in plug wires, rotor button. Check everything related to ignition

I could be off but its just a thought do you know if the 02 sensor is good? I know at times 02 can give false info to engine cause strange bog/ accel problems, are you sure your dizzy is good?, its gotta be something ignition/fuel related obviously. Map sensor?

Was the engine actually tuned? or did you just get a basemap?

why does everyone call it a rotor button? It's ign rotor.

Check your timing? Assuming it's not crank trigger ignition.

The timing belt was just replace in water pump a shop did it it idles fine
also they are a whining noise comeing from the timeing belt side?
I think my ignition timing may be out

t belt may just be too tight this will make it have a supercharger type whine to it and it not good to get it too tight as the cams will wear faster down into the cam journals and cause cam seal leaks.. if the skip didnt go away could be a cracked spark plug that happens sometimes when your not right on the plug straight or not using a rubber insulator inside the plug socket or a mildly bent valve.
