car idels good when its stoped and e brake on...it i step on the gas it drops the rpms if i pump em they go up about 500 more...if the ac it on and im stoped it just drops em so low the car starts shaking it drops to like 200...realy low...there nothing compensating for the load..if anyone knows what it is i would like to know...and check for vac leaks and theres non...and also the sensors on the mani were changed and they turned out to be good so that wasnt the problem...and the problem with to ac is it blews a 20 fuse every thirty min i got it on...it on a 4dr civic with b swap

Vacuum would have been my first guess on the idle issue...
If the ac being on produces so much of a load to almost kill the motor... have you checked your batt/alt?
Also, with the fuse blowing I would check that circuit. Is the fuse for the compressor or the blower?
If it's the blower, then your blower could be bad. Might also have a short somewhere in the wiring.
There's a reason you're blowing that fuse. Only advice I can give you is try different things related
to your problem until you find it. I wish I could give some better advice, but this is all I can think of.
Would've responded sooner, but I was hoping someone a little more knowledgeable would respond first.

its da fuse for the compressor...and ima get that alternater checked
