<----Adjusting Rear Camber on My EG8---> *PLEASE HELP*

I installed my rear camber kit last night so I can get more camber out of the setup so I can actually sit the car down like I want it to be, but I'm having trouble trying to find out how to adjust the camber arms to shorten them up so I can get more camber. If anyone knows, please help me out here. Basically I need to know which way to turn the nuts & which will do what.
