If "ATL" wasn't in it and the car looked a little more realistic, the shot would be awesome. Maybe bring out the sunset/sunrise a little more to have some more background light. The light stretching across the roof looks too much for the car with everything else.

Thanks! Yeah there are a lot of things wrong with it, I learned a lot and my 2nd attempt will be better. This was also shot at midnight so it wasn't sunset.

Photoshop can make it sunset. Not bad at all for a trial and error picture. As with anything it just takes time. :goodjob:
Opinion: Use the same picture and (1) brighten up the background light a little (2) not so much light painting on the car.
