Used car question

I'm looking at picking up a car that is located and registered in Florida at the moment. I have never bought a used car from a private seller before either. What forms/procedures do I need for buying an out of state car? Thanks for the help.

Thanks. I just found out that the can hasn't been paid off and is still being financed. How do I go about taking over the lien? Also do I need the Florida or Georgia forms? I saw that there were different state forms on the DMV website.
