I just recently brought jdm fender and have the pigtail wire from the socket but not sure what I need to do to make them work I want wire them to the turn signals and day time running lights. I guessing I just splice into the wire or what do I do ?

U can run both wires from the new lights to the corner lights on ur car, u just have to find out which one is power and which one is ground on the corner light. I'm sure u can take straight to a chassi ground but wnt look as clean
