A while back when the previous owner of my car ran this turbomirage guy, there were some comments made, like:


That shit you call SPRAY is just a 75 shot. That BUILT motor is factory stock except for cams. I have money that the mirage on tires and the bottle will drag ANY all motor/spray K powered car in GA down the road. If you want I can try and set it up.


When I get better tires, I will be more than happy to race again, and I will be in third gear and I will spray.

I'm wondering if he is still around and if he ever got tires.

i have a couple single pulleys if need one or maybe you already have one just trying to help plus anything else you could think of for a h series lol. I had a buddy about eight years ago run a h (with shitty h trans ) stock with a 74 shoot in stripped eg . It ran 12.7 every pass pretty quick car for stock and 75 shoot and lasted for over a year spraying the piss out of it lol.

I got a emaculte ef at the shop some older black guy left three years ago said it wasnt worth putting a distributor on . Maybe i need to get a title for that baby instead of going with the eg. If you dont mind post some pics. Id like to see what it looks like in the bay so i can decide what to do with the new set up thanks.

and im not sure what was making the sound yet. it was either the tensioner or the balance shaft pulley.
i just havent had time to take it apart because of school. but im hoping to have it back together by the beginning of next week.

it pulls pretty good, and the nitrous definatly gave it a good kick. still could use some tweaking though. its on a pherable base map
im just not sure if this is the route im want yet so im keeping it the way it is.

I also hope this mirage is a bit less sketchy than the other. It was torque steering like crazy @ 90mph. Then when he let out at 130mph in the middle of a slight bend, it took a set to the right and the driver did not react, which scared me because I don't think he was aware of it.

Chris aka the guy that works/owns 4G performance has one, last i heard it made upper 500s on a 35R but he was tearing it down, and he doesnt run that car on the street. Ive known chris since he had a legend with nitrous and hes one of the coolest guys around.

I believe DSMMike had one too ,but dont know if he ever finished it.

Theres a silver one i think that has been passed around to some people on barrett parkway that supposedly is pretty fast, i know i gave it a run in my old 240whp JRSX crx coming down 41 one time. It had black wheels, white guy driving it. But that was 2-3 years ago

It was also known (as shown in the video)he wasn't the best at driving the car. This race is a another car, another setup, and a different driver. My car is a daily driver street car on 19 inch street tires not built at all for the track. its just another slow ass vette :goodjob:
