Picked this up on the weekend. Super comfy, nice, and low mileage. Sad to see it going to the GF, but at least I'll still get to drive it :yes:

The PO was a very nice guy and pretty straight forward from what I can tell. Looking for some period correct wheels and hopefully heating the springs a bit tomorrow after work.

I traded it! hahahaha I got a 79 Corolla. Its a lil rough but in better mechanical shape than the VW. Hehe, and its rolling on a set of Volk Rays. :(



But yeah, I've met him a while back and he seems like a straight up guy. I think this is a bit of E-posturing.
