I found this cool program that lets you convert mp3 to awb, which are ringtone files for cingular, windows mobile, & novia phones... it may work for others as well.

then go to: http://www.forum.nokia.com/main/0,,034-63,00.html signup b/c program needs userid/key info... just signup on the forums - then choose to request a key emailed to you then register the program and your on your way to making your own ringtones :goodjob:
