Gwinnett meet input?

Between the usual Pleasant Hill crowd & Suwanee last week we should get a Gwinnett area meet together. Get this going asap and I think we'd start to see alot of new faces like we did at Wild Wings in Suwanee...It would be perfect if it wasn't on karokee night ;)

The Wild Wings that just opened in "new" Alpharetta is a great place and a good halfway point for Cobb Co. people but may be a little far for some gwinnett folks so maybe it would be a better place for a second weekday gathering?

What day(s) would be best and any suggestions on other places?

I would be up for it as long as its not on a Monday or Wednesday. I usually have work on Monday's and Wednesdays. Tuesdays would be great for Wild Wings because you get 2 for the price of one!

fuck that i think dude is onto something Manchuria Garden off of Jimmy Carter... 9 bux (including tax and drink) ... ALL YOU CAN EAT good ass chinese food i think its 40+ items... CLEAN ASS PLACE, great service... they refill trays like ever 2 minutes... LOTSA PARKING... lotsa room inside... its like idea... its not too far north nor south... it is semi, to the east... but so are most of us.

Thats my Vote... Manchuria Garden... good cheap shit... great place...

I'm coming into this thread late and havent read any of the other posts. However, a Gwinnett meet is something that many of us have been talking about for quite some time. The BP meet has pretty much been shut down and all things around are a bit small to attend with the gas still hovering around 2 bucks and the weather getting quite friggid.
If we actually put a little bit of effort into something and go somewhere as paying customers, we can't get run out by anyone.
I'm all for it, lets make it happen!

I about do Jillians on a Wednesday for those people that don't want to drive to Marietta for Sidelines? Do we want it to be a meal? Bambinelli's in Lilburn has some great looking employees and decent italian food and cheap pizza...and why not get a Barnacles meet going again? Couple of us were there last night.

Maybe i should just make a plan then we can change it for next time if it doesn't seem to work out?

well here is my 2 :2cents: , Jillians will be packed that for sure.... if we however talk to the manager at the store and say we want to come up there as a group we have XX amount of ppl can you give us a deal.
1st. off he'll reserve parcking for us
2nd. if we get nuff ppl he might let us do a lock in at a certain price (depending on how many)
especally if we are going to do it on the weekdays he'll be able to hook us up!

I think one of my friends dad has a warehouse around OLD Peachtree near the exit 103 on the 85 North I think.
