88 CRX limp mode???

i have a 88 CRX and its starting to pull a limp code i believe. i can be driving it about 80mph and all the sudden the engine lights and it wont rev but to about 3400 RPM's. i can shut the car off then turn it back on and its fine for a little while. anybody have this problem before???

well never mind it died today :( IDK whats going on with it but ill have to get another car and fool with it later
