I say 11lb or something around there. If your going turbo I wouldn't go too low or it will rev too fast.

I would agree with brooks. Too light and it revs to fast not giving the turbo enough time to properly spool. A 11-12lb flywheel would still give you decent rev while you are non-turbo due to the stock one weighing in at ~20lb and when you go turbo it will also give the turbo enough time to properly spool.

depends on alot for how much diff it will make; for my k20 with type s tranny, i could really tell that it was 100 times better with a 7.5lb flywheel.

if your going turbo keep the stock flywheel and resurface it. a lightweight flywheel wont help any at all it will hurt you (lose torque). I ran a stock itr flywheel on my old turbo setup that came out the coupe

If your going turbo, I would just use a stock flywheel. I would have put a little more money in and got a CC 3+ or 4 clutch that's going to hold some power. I don't know how much power your trying to make, assuming 300+.

yea always buy more clutch than you need bc you never know when you might decide to make more power
