chargers, challengers ,magnums,300c all gearing is made for Highway

80 roll is the best for these cars ....Plus the trannys lagg to much get a programmer Diablo I suggest and firm that tranny up !!!

I'm curious how an SRT8 model would fair against the 335.

Oh I have no doubt you saw that. They must have been an awful driver bc they will run 13.3s straight off the lot.

I am just using iMovie but i'm looking forward to installing Final Cut Pro I got from a friend.

The Challenger has been custom tuned on a dyno, it fires shifts well for an auto.

Interesting results because the BMW put about 3 car lengths on it in 3rd, then more and more through 4th. I thought it would be closer, but we were also told the R/T had more power originally.

I have personally done 13.3@107 in a stock Charger SRT-8 at Silver Dollar.

Stock challenger R/T gears kill it. He needs 3.73's bad. The kid claims a 112 trap, we will see when I film it at an upcoming test n' tune. Felt like a 107-109 car.

Last time i was at SDR there was an auto R/T chally running mid - high 14's all day. I was surprised at the slowness.

R/T's is a 14.0 car same as the charger

The best time I did stock in my charger rt was 13.9

but then after all the mods OMG!!!

So I am not surprise with a stock rt doing a 14 these cars was not built to be a killer off the line , get it on the highway and it will rape !

70 and 80 roll is the best for these cars off the show room .Now add heads cam exhaust programmer nitrous and tune and WOW!!

I know I had one

These are heavy road cars

After 2008 the Charger/Challenger got variable cam/valve timing and went from 340 --> 372hp (390hp if 6 speed). These 2008+ cars can go mid 13's easy with the right tires and the 6 speed Challangers have gone high 12's@107 stock..It's the slower earlier Chargers that typically stay in the mid 14's unless modded/geared

I am almost positive that 335's can beat srt8's stock vs stock since when i look in my rear view a srt8 is further behind than a 335
