my check engine light is on for a O2 Sensor. I forgot if it was the upstream or the other one. Hopefully its the easier of the two. I'll have Autozone rescan my car and tell me. But should i go oem which is over $150 or get an aftermarket one from Autozone? I think they only run like $50-$80

OEM by far, depending on how badly modded your vehicle is, Honda (assuming that is what you have) will replace faulty parts (ie: broken sensors). If you motor has been modded to much than Honda might tell you to just go hug a root and open purchase a new one youself.

I use Bosch Universal O2 sensors on mine & it works just fine. Sells for $20 a piece @ AutoZone

you would only need an aftermarket one for like a wideband of something. Stay OEM on this one.
