Sony *refurbished* DVD Player with upconvert to 1080p (has HDMI port) !!!!!

Newly Refurbished SONY "HDMI" upconvert to 1080p.
i got it brand new and it wasn't working so i sent it back, small corner was damaged so i just got me an blu-ray player..
So its practically a new dvd player + Remote and cables still in the bag / never opened!
