TRUE STORY: I let my little bro drive my whip to school this morning, when he go back i noticed that one of my vmr center caps was missing. i got pissed!!!! so i called VMR wheels to see how much one was gonna cost me. the guy at customer service sent me one free of chrge and no shipping cost. hell yea!!! so i decided to back track my brothers drive to school, to see if by an change i might find it. well i found it at his school parking lot... ftw. so no i got a spare one coming in the mail... ohhhhhhhhhh im felling very lucky today. maye i should go play the lottery. lol

I HIGHLY RECCOMOND THIS BRAND FOR ANYONE WITH A VW/ AUDI / BIMMER..

Good customer service has nothing to do with sending you something for free. Good customer service is not having to wait on hold for 10 minutes to talk to someone. When you do talk to someone about a technical issue, you talk to someone that knows what they are talking about. Most importantly, good customer service is getting something done that they say they are going to do, when they say it is going to be done.

very true. I was just in the other thread about cust. service and the phrase was on my mind. anywho. OP had a lucky moment, and good for him.
