did you use a new axle? or a used one? I ran into a similar issue before. My vibration was from a bent axle. But your case, could be bad cv joint since it pops upon turning

what?
i would check your axles again. just because you replaced them once doesnt mean you wont have to again.

The ring thats at the end that going in the transmission is either bad or missing. i have the same problem before and it turned out to be that

How are your mounts? Can break axles too if your moor is jerking due to bad mount

yes both have been new axels never used...only at slow speeds ...so does the car shake mean that the mounts are bad?

it is possible yes.
prop your hood open, have some1 to stand outside (on the side, not in front) and watch the motor. pull your ebreak all the way up. hold your brakes and give it gas. watch the engine flex. flex or wobble to a extreme extent, it's a bad mount. forward to test rear mount, reverse to test front mount.

Yes basically. Just remember, safety first. Put anything around the tires to prevent it from rolling

you can just rev the motor with out putting it in gear to see if the mounts are bad. also with a civic/integra you can look at the mounts and tell if they are bad, you can see all of them from under the hood. the rear one might be hard but you can see it enough to tell if its bad.

check your axle again, they might have gave you a shorter axle. So when you turn it pops out and and make a grind noise from the transmission.
