So I replaced the tie rod ends on my car... the boots were busted and they were starting to get loose.
The replacements were about 1/8th of an inch too long. I thought it would be fine.
Here is my problem. The driver-side adjustment nut is adjusted all the way down on the tie rod and the one on the passenger side has got tons of room for adjustment. Seems to me like the steering wheel isn't centered???? I go count the revolutions from left to right and it will turn almost a whole turn to the left and a turn and a half to the right?
Does anyone else agree with me on this? I don't want to F%*K something up.
Thanks,
Dallas
