Yes, it is a full alarm system, built-in tilt sensor, built-in starter kill, and fully wateproof. This $15 price is a closeout price. Original MSRP on this item was $119.99 and dealer was $64.99. We sold somewhere around 115 units during Christmas for $40. The remainder we are letting below our cost just to move them. Thanks

As Camrazy2102 responded, why would we sell an alarm that does not work? On top of that why would Omega, an alarm company that has been around longer than DEI (Viper) that owns patents on half of the technology used in alarms, sell a system that does not work?

If you need to ask, you don't need one. It's an alarm....specifically for a bike....but works on cars....key word WORKS. Don't ask another stupid ass question.
