Thats how my f22a1 went. But 2 bar of boost was involved.... And the crank also bent in half, so the entire side of the block was gone.

general rule, with F22's specifically, keep a handle on your boost.

ive been reading of people geeting out like 350 with stock motor, just with headgsaket and arp headstuds haha

yeah but i wouldnt do that for long. It might survive the dyno pull but i bet itll blow within the year.
