What has/is everyone doing to their bikes this winter?

My list:

Done:
-Bar ends
-Windscreen bolts
-Custom chain guard (Black powdercoated with R1 engraved in)
-Had my forks/rear shock serviced
-New mirror block offs
-Black reservoir sock with the red tuning fork logo
-Replaced the cracked frame cover (my cousins 50SX fell over into it)
-Harris tank pad
-Tapewerks wheel stripe
-Driven gel grips
-Fresh brake pads all around
-Changed oil/filter
-BMC race filter
-Smog/ExUp block offs
-Re-tuned

Ordered:
-CRG Levers (Out of stock till 2/22 :( )
-Driven axle blocks with sliders
-STM oil cap

Want:
-Vortex case cover
-New front tire (Conti Sport Attack to match rear)
-Driven black sprockets with red chain
-Powdercoat rearsets/passenger pegs

And for the rider:

-new Icon Alliance Redeemer helmet with clear, light smoke, and dark smoke shields
-Icon Arc pants
-Icon Redeemer gloves

Still want to get some good boots and I'll be set.

Looking like mid-60's starting Sunday, who else is ready to ride?

Let's see your lists!

Only plans are to clean the carbs, change the oil, and change the clutch springs - these race springs are too much on the street.

I hear that. We have a 99 R1 at the shop with a nice race clutch setup, it's a little overkill.

I love how R1s look but the newer ones are so uncomfortable. I test sat on one and just about slid into the gas tank which came to a rounded off point. Maybe an older one would change my mind.

My 04 is by far the most comfortable bike I've ridden. Then again everyone has their own idea of whats comfortable.

I think the one that I tested out was newer than 07. Just didn't feel right. The GSXR was worse though with a seat too wide for me.

thin head gasket and headstuds,60 shot, a multi lock up clutch to hold the power, tuning it,a 10 inch one piece swing arm, going with a lighter 520 sprocket/chain setup, and painting it.
