lets do some math here...

gutted eg k20 civic weighing at about 2000 with driver in it at 240whp

full interior ls1 rx7 ~2785 + 60lb roll bar 190lb driver (me) plus 110lb passenger =3145 at 400whp.

thats a pretty big difference.

the power to weight ratios are pretty equal.

rx7 that night was 7.86lbs per hp and hatch was around 8.3lbs per hp

another thing i might mention is the fact that i need a retune badly, so i may or may not have been at peak power.

but regardless, this eg is nothing to play with

yea with your math depending on traction the fc should be a mid 11 second car and the civic high 11s. i think you need a tune though. civic is def. a beast though

I use22s at the track to get my gearing back right to run with h2b guys but id still like to run just curious to see what she wiil do . remember your turbo stuff weighs alot, he is all motor. Nemo's hatch weighed right at 2000lbs

i can tell you what a si hatch with h22 swap with absolutely no weight reduction weighs with me in it 2,420. The only weight reduction we have done is i lost about 50 pounds lol.

it was tuned in Kentucky at Automotion by Rob Raymer on a Mustang Dyno.

And guys, lemme get my shit retuned and get back on the dyno, cause i know it cant be at peak power right now, cause its running rich as shit and drinks a quarter tank every 30 miles.

and who the hell knows after blksi posted the weight info on the rx7's i could be way off on MY cars weight cause then again my car does have full S5 Turbo II body conversion + the ls1 + half cage so then again i might even be close to 3400lbs instead of what i guessed. i didnt even think of that. thanks for that info blksi.

bottom line is, 1 i need to get retuned and see if that makes a difference if so im sure mosely wouldnt have a problem running them again, and 2 i need to get my car on a scale and see what it weighs so i can be accurate with my calculations cause just like with butt dynos, i HATE keyboard racing
