Lip can be oem,comptech or jdm sh!t one of the three and as far as the bumper well doesn't really matter long as it's 98 up and in good shape.. paint is not a concern my car is going into the booth in 2 weeks need this stuff asap...Cash in hand also throw in my 95 rear bumper if you need it.
