Oil coming from cyl #1 exhaust port????

My brother has a boosted mini me swap and there is oil coming from the cyl #1 exh port that goes to the manifold. It also burns HELLA oil, any ideas?? It has a felpro 3 layer head gasket on it to. I think it might be valve guides IDK!!

valve guides, or head gasket. mini me combinations are strait forward, but mistakes happen as the head gaskets are very close.
