Well i know this is a ordinary car everyone does stuff too but you know it happens.

Here is how i got the car. I had a built b16 in a 96 ek hatch that was boosted with roll cage and a bunch of other goodies. But accidents happen and i was T-boned on my street back back in september and lost my left leg. And without a left leg no longer able to drive a 5spd. So happen to see this crv on craigslist it had orginal paint and never been wrecked and was lowered had some decent looking 18's not my style but someone else's maybe. And someother little nic nac's. Well we ended up trading after i removed some goodies on the hatch to make up the difference.

This is how i got it
http://i1182.photobucket.com/albums/x457/95droppedhatch/IMG00024-20101011-1113.jpg

Well after driving it it was apparent that it was lowered very good. Had accord lowering spring on it that the front passenger side had been cut and heated. The front struts were blown out. Driving down the road the struts were bottoming out and bouncing all over the place. So i had no other choice to raise it back up to factory until i got a better setup. After alot of research finally found some good info that integra type r suspension works great. And it so happens my friend had a set of tein flex type r suspension off his old hatch so for $500 bux i had full suspension. So now i am dumped again which is the way i like to ride.
http://i1182.photobucket.com/albums/x457/95droppedhatch/IMG00091-20110123-1054.jpg

So after i got my new suspension. The wheels were just not cutting it anymore. So once again my friend had a set of rota slips off his s2000. So i picked them up from him and put them on my crv for a better look to me.
http://i1182.photobucket.com/albums/x457/95droppedhatch/IMG00087-20110119-1548.jpg

Now that i got it lookin alright on the outside i started to look into the drivability and i had a set of skunk 2 front and rear strut bars. That i had from a hatch i sold. The front fit on perfect. But the rear i ended up having to drill new holes and after that it was perfect.

So as im researching for new parts for the crv. Cause i cant seam to leave cars alone. I had seen a couple crv with fog lights. Found out that it was the jdm bumper. I call my honda dealership and low n behold there is 2 bumpers in there warehouse in alpharetta so i pick that up. I also have a set of yellow foglights from my 99 civic and they fit perfect in there.
http://i1182.photobucket.com/albums/x457/95droppedhatch/crvbumper.jpg

Next i love to go fast and since the back doors do have "dohc vtec" on them and i love to hear vtec pop. So only choices i had was to either put a vtec head on my motor but since it has a few more miles than i like. I ended up picking up a gsr hatch so now i have a nice new motor for the crv.
http://i1182.photobucket.com/albums/x457/95droppedhatch/CIMG2449.jpg

So now me liking to changing things up. I decide i want new wheels for the car. I spent a month looking at wheels trying wheels on it and seeing what they look like. So after alot of research i decide to go with these. 17x8 and 17x9 enkei rpf1's
http://i1182.photobucket.com/albums/x457/95droppedhatch/IMG00090-20110123-1156.jpg

And that is about where the crv sits as of now. I have much more plans for this crv. And will be updating it as i go. So check back as this will be a pretty cool build as it is not ur ordinary civic or integra

ok well i finally got around to doing everything i wanted to and getting it to import alliance and suprisingly i had alot of interest in it. here are two shot from a fellow IA member and i appreciate all the compliment everyone gave me at the show.

Love it. Although it is red, lolol. I don't care for the wheels, but because the car is red, the wheels do go with it. Since that's the case, it looks pretty good. Later, QD.

W-T- EEEEEEEFFFFFFF, I've never seen a modded CR-V before, just got my attention. Looks great so far, looking forward to seeing how this turns out. :goodjob: on getting rid of those "original" wheels, tho I would've went w/ a different color choice on the enkeis as well :goodjob:

that sucks about your leg, you should be very well protected in that crv, i also thought this was going to be an h2b 4wd crv, but gsr crv is still good, thing looking nice, i like that front visorj, and you can be dumped and no scrapping

nice

ok need some help. ive been contiplating on converting it to 5 speed or keep it automatic. i have a full turbo kit for it and if i keep it automatic then ill probably get 275hp max before the tranny take a crap or should i convert it to manual and make some good power out of it. but its gonna be complicated to convert as i gotta solve the problem of the clutch. tell me what everyone would do. cause im up in the air with it i love it automatic as i can just jump in it and go and make a little power with a turbo but i kinda like the idea of it manual and making realy good power but having to deal with a clutch issue
