Carfax only works for US cars and European cars through Carfax Europe as far as I know. If you're looking at buying a sweet R33 Skyline in Canada good luck getting it back to the US even if it's real... and it's most likely a scam.

I still have a few Carfax reports available to me but I won't waste one until I know for certain it will tell me something about the car.
