h22 will not start

ok so we finally got my buddys accord done go to fire it up and nothing....i checked fuel its got it all the way to the rail,blue spark from the plugs and compression is great.timing is TDC its also not that,anyone have any idea im stumped at what it could be?


also checked all the grounds they are good

well i checked the firing order is good and i looked over the fuses...still nothing

you have fuel at the rail but you didnt say you had injector pulse.

its gettin gas its soakin the plugs...and i dont think i would get fire and gas if the main relay was gone....correct?
