shit I had the same problem somehow I managed to fix it... chirped from 1st to 2nd one day and it blew again... IDK how but I fixed it by realizing that the radio fuse was blown (but radio was still working WTF!!!??! I know)
replaced the radio fuse and the cluster/ taillight fuse and havent had a problem... but now I stopped chirping and stepping n it for the past month since I'm afraid it blows again... IDK if I definately fixed the problem or it has been good because I haven't chirped... so idk

well the previous owner wired them into my corner lights. but i fixed the prob, it was a radio wire touching metal.
