same part number for rs/ls/gsr for power steering pump line and sensor. any integra 94-01 line will work.

The GSR has a diff part # hence i would like to obtain that piece. It's like selling someone a 94 coupe a/c hard line and you have you have a 92 hatch. It won't bolt up b/c the lines won't match up. They may look similar but honda designed those pcs just different enough that they won't bolt up. And in fact they do have different part #s. Yes a lot parts do interchange and my ride proves it - pwr window/ dr lock conversion, teg seats, type r mounts, eng swap etc. I have an actual Honda EPC so i can bounce around part #s to see for my self and they are diff part #s. Just don't know how there diff, right now.
your real far if your based in Zebulon, do you travel close to Atlanta anytime? If you were selling a GSR pc i would be all over it but you have an LS and it's a dime a dozen.

just to double check, im calling acura as well. listed below are the pumps and rack and pinion. all of my searches are within the 1995 integra rs/gsr. ill call acura for the fun of it in the morining. Live in zebulon, work in powder springs. drive through down town every day.

Your part fits LS and RS. 53713-st7-a03 - yours
http://www.acurapartswarehouse.com/integra/53713-ST7-A03~ca13st701.html

Part i'm wanting
53713-ST7-A23 - my part is slightly different part # wise
http://www.acurapartswarehouse.com/Page_Product/PartDetail.aspx?catalogID=12&productID=3&yearID=14&doorID=3&gradeID=19&areaID=1&transmissionID=4&originID=-1&colorLabelIDs=-1&colorLabelID=-1&sectionID=6&idAndImageID=2040%20224149&isBigPicture=False

You need to recognize there are different part # for the GSR vs LS/RS (94 - 97 models ) . I said they maybe interchangeable but the part # are different. The connections maybe the same but with slight differences between the two. Hence the different part number. Slight variations could be hose construction, angle of routing, etc. could be anything. Your saying that your LS part # (53713-st7-a03) will work in place of a GSR part # (53713-ST7-A23). I am saying that its a possibility. But the part #s are different and i prefer the GSR over the LS. I'm not saying it won't work But my a/c line example above is what could happen. B/c there is a part number difference i prefer the GSR 94 - 97. For the 98 and up i can see the part # did indeed change. Why - maybe slight improvement, hard to say unless i see the part.

Yes, autozone may use the same part b/c the fitting is the same but theirs maybe universal, hence one part fits all. Not a big fan of autozone / pepboys replacement branded parts though. I prefer OEM for good reason. There are rare exceptions, though. I.E. Denso (supplier to Honda) remanufactured replacement part sold through autozone. Even then i research it...first.

I should know part number differences my EPC helped my build on paper what i needed (motor runs so that is a good sign, lol) -

Not according to below - 53713-ST7-A23
I'll call on monday to see what the current part # is. All my sources tell me it's still 53713-ST7-A23 for 94 - 97 GSR. Usually the website is good about discontinuing parts and superceding. I.E. 12513-P72-003 vs. 12513-P30-000. The first one is a old version and superceded to the second part and it proves it on the website. These were the original cam seals that were rubber and switched to the push in plug style. I actually have both, lol.

So thats why i think they still sell the GSR version. For the 98+ i think they did the same thing when i look real quick....

Yep i will contact two dealers on monday to verify my GSR part # is still active and orderable and hasn't superseded to your RS/LS part # you refer too. Whatever the parts guy tells me i go with. Nothing more, nothing less. Till monday.

So i called 3 dealerships for my part - 53713-ST7-A23, my GSR part, is valid and orderable and in stock in a wareouse. All 3 said part # is good and i can get in one day. This validates my point that the online oem acura site is upto date as far as orderability. The prices below is the price quoted by the dealership over the phone or online. Why the discrepancy in price b/c dealerships charge whatever they want, MSRP vs some discount. Since my part # is still valid for 94 - 97 GSR, i've proved my point that it is a good part number i can order today. Your part # 53713-st7-a03 is LS / RS like i said. My Honda EPC rarely lets me down, b/c it's actually what the parts guys sees on his screen. They may have updated software but it's the real deal. Next time i'm up there i should look, lol. Now did you call acura to see what the deal is for my part # vs your part #? Is my part # 53713-ST7-A23 obsolete as you claim it to be? You should find your LS part did not supercede my GSR part #. Let us know what you find.

Acura Carland gwinnett (770) 623-9211

Ed Voyles Acura - (877) 297-7172

Like i said before RS/LS (53713-st7-a03 ) part may work but i prefer GSR part (53713-ST7-A23). Pepboys / Autozone maybe universal, that is not unual.
The resources i use are genuine Acura OEM parts suppliers located at dealerships selling genuine parts. Yes some are online only but i check real brick and mortar as well. You can not get any real than those websites. Occasionally parts are obsolete but very rare from what i've seen. And my part #s come from a Honda EPC which is a genuine resouce that parts counters employees use behind the counter. Maybe slightly obsolete but it's the real deal b/c it even cross references where that part used on differnt platforms, etc. It's good stuff...

CHEERS, I've done my homework LOL.
