Caffeine and Octane 1-2-11 Alpharetta, GA

This was my first time going to one of these meets. Had a great time. It was a little windy and cold but the rides made it worth it. Got to hang out with some of my fellow International AllStars guys local and out of state, met some cool people, but most of all got to see and learn a lot about the cars that started it all. There were several other photographers there so I'm sure that there will be other people who will post of pictures of whole cars. it was just too difficult for me to take pictures of whole cars with how close cars were parked together and there were always people in the way. I personally don't like having people in the pictures unless it is on purpose. i was also not there too long. so i did what i could with the time alloted. it is just a hobby for me. if i were shooting for event coverage i would have spent more time there and taken a whole lot more pictures. the turn out was also low. the next one will have more pictures for sure. i took pictures of things that caught my eye. :) been to alot of world of wheels, year one, good guys, type shows. so these types are cars are more common than you think :) again thanks for takin a peek at my pics.

Yeah sure more pics of whole cars would be nice, but I'm with you. Shooting pics of cars with a bunch of people standing around and moving isn't really very enjoyable for me. If I could I'd rep you some more for turning out so many creative shots in such a crowded meet.

I actually like the close up/detail shots for a change. It challenges your car knowledge to what car and model the badge belongs to. Great shots as usual Tony. Wish I could have made it to this one, especially since the meet has now moved to less than 10min from my house. Had to work that weekend, but I will be off for the next one in Feb and will be going to my first meet.
