help with hid headlight install

i just installed the hi/lo beam hid kit i purchased from dynamic sound. the customer service there is great and a great price for the kit.

so i get everything pluged in correctly and the lights work, but they will not switch from hi to low beam. i think the blue plug from the hid kit that connects to the oem headlight plug is not connecting completely.

does anyone have any other suggestions to what could be causing my problem?

Have you tried calling Dynamic Sounds for technical support?

not yet. will do that today at lunch.

Give them a buzz and see what they say. If anything, they don't charge much to do the install for you.

caused by the china plug like i thought. i trimmed the plug so there would be a better connection. they work.
