Do you need to have a physical address to get an ID card in GA? Would you have to bring something to prove your residency status like a drivers license or is there no such requirement?

If you mean to get an ID without having another GA ID, you need 2 or 3 forms of ID. I forget which one. I could have sworn I brought my CCL, a bill with my name on it and like a school ID and I got a new ID without having to have my birth certificate.

You dont need shit. Well at least you dont need shit to change your adress and get new DL with the new adress.

When i recently moved to Gwinnet from Dekalb, I went over to DMV to change my adress on the DL, they didn't ask me for any proof of the new adress. I just paid the fee, wrote down my new adress and walked out. I could have put any adress on there if i wanted to.
