I met that guy at an aap dyno event a few months ago. They had a lowest horsepower competition between him an a 95 tercel. Needless to say he won(or lost depending on which way you look at it). His car wasnt so heavily modded back then though haha. Just the cow paint job.

Anyway... I forget his name but he's on supraforums.
