Why do you need a HID Canceller Kit?
With some Dodge and some European vehicles, the CPU in the vehicles would detect a voltage drop from the 55 watt halogen bulb to 35 watt HID Kit.
The CPU interperates that as a light being out. Therefore, the CPU turns the power off and on and to attempt to restart the light.
However, the voltage never changes, so this continues giving you a flickering effect.
