Yes, the JL Audio will fit. Stock location is 4.5" deep and the JL 6W3 is 4.25" deep. Personally, that would be my choice if I was in your shoes. Kicker also makes the 6" CVT with the monting depth of 2 7/8". The Kicker will be close to half the price of the JL Audio.

You can get the 10" subs for $80 and the 12" subs for $100...that is for 2 subs.

Couple of good amp options is the RE XT800.2 amp for $125 or the DB Drive A3 1000.1D for $130. 6.5" coaxial speakers start at $20/pair and goes up based on brand/model.
