Wow. Now that's a family. You just don't mess with people. Do what you say you're going to do and if not make amends and do it till the customer is satisfied or the situation is fully resolved. This guy has some poor judgment issues. Good deal. The only thing that guy will probably do is to find a new name for himself and move on.

Just got to page 8 my self, but gotta go to work now. :( So far a good read, xD can't wait to see the ending of this. This is like a good book, you don't want to stop reading till you finish reading the whole book.
