I bought these few months ago for $60 bucks trying to get swoll and it did the job pretty good.
I don't use them anymore but it's just collecting dust in my room.
They are 15lbs (i think, it might be 20lbs.. not quite sure) each- they can be lightened by taking off the weight off some pockets.
Now you can get ripped by doing pull ups with 30lbs added to your weight!! Maybe even grow taller!
