Quarter panel fix

Hey guys, I always park my car at the end of parking lot and away from other cars but ofcourse a random shopping car made its way all the way to the end and put a double fist size dent in my quarter panel. i popped the majority of it out but i cant really pop it out completely.

I'll post pics soon but im curious if this can be fixed and how expensive it may be.

also where are some good places to look at as far as fixing it.
