View Full Version : Cars Request: Nov. 13 Import Showdown Flat Black DC Integra Blow up

Good evening IA,

I have been searching in hopes to find someone who caught my DC blowing up at the track at Import Showdown. My camera crew was stuck in line for food when I made the pass.

I was the in the first heat of the first round of eliminations for the FWD class. Car number 77.

P.S. I apologize for my catastrophic vacuum line failure (boost spiked which caused the #3 cylinder to blow into pieces). I know it took a minute for them to get the track prepped again.

I was there.. i didnt see you lol , or maybe i did ha i was in the staging lanes the whole time running my car. You prob seen me out there?

Lol yea bro I was there from open to close almost...I thought I saw you but there were a few look alikes lol. What did you run?

There was one other ep3 there. I was only one running Mine. I ran a 14.3 at 101 mph easing off the line at 2 grand lol, spinning all the way down the track.

^not the axle breaking first pass, I have that one thanks..I was referring to the explosion about halfway down

oh damn lol yea i 4got about u breakin an axle. there was a good bit of that going on. i didnt catch that one i was in line 2 run my turd.

Yep but with the factory map sensor not reacting immediately and the hose that split was the line from the turbo to the controller. Basically the controller saw 0 psi and map took about a half a second too long. BOOM.
