I've already rolled my fender with both a bat and fender roller to get my previous wheels to fit. Now i've stepped up the size another size in both height and width. And well the wheels cleared if I was the only person in the car. I raised the car another inch and the positive camber that resulted didn't help. I was already stretching 265s and didnt want to go with a smaller width tire, so back to lowering the car again.

So I need my fender pulled out another 3mm or 5mm or so. Out of fear of chipping my paint worst I avoided the bat. So after googling around I found the phone book pull.

Th idea pretty much raise the car stick a phone book under and drop the car. That did probably 1-2mm at most, sc freakin fenders are thick.

First I heated the fender up for a minute or two. Stuck a 2x4 or piece of mdf wood under the phonebook for some leverage to get the pull I want.

Yes I was standing on the wood holding a heat gun and taking pictures at the same time.

fail mod on the sc atleast, the fender is too thick for this to be really effective, had to bring out the bat

Great DIY, but I would like to note that applying heat and warping the metal like this weakens the structure of the metal. You can also remove dents and dings this way, but once you change the structure of the metal it makes it easier for it to ding or dent a lot easier.
