OK, I'm getting tired of the honda game and want to try something different. What I have in mind is a S14 and install a LS1 swap, but I don't know what it would take to do it as far as parts and money other than the car. Any suggestions IA? Help= cool points, Thanks!

PM Batlground and ask them. They should be able to point you in the right direction. Good luck with it.

Hinson is the best place in the united states to get a ls1 swap. Theyre located in Hueytown AL. If you're the type that wants to drop your car off and then pick it back up with a running ls1 in it, then you're probably looking at about $10,000.

Hinsonsupercars.com , theyve been around for a long time. I used their stuff for an rx7 swap back in the day.

You can purchase virtually everything to make it a drop in swap.

Also, a swap like that is only cost effective if you have the ability to do the labor. If you're on a reasonable budget, you would get a lot more for your dollar modding your existing engine vs swapping to a new one. the KA engine is plenty capable of reaching most people's power goals. It's no Ls1........ but its a good engine. pretty sexy too, one of the best looking Nissan engines in my opinion.
