a hit and run accident and this dude drove over the front end of my car. i say its bull. my baby is messed up and i cant even function properly.

Well thats asuming they had insurance and yeah it will pay what ever out depending on his coverage.

it depends what kidn of insurance you have. when my old car had liability and i got hit and run, i still got money from insurance for it.

ok everyone. i left my house at 7:55 and i was headed towards school. I made it maybe 1 mile from my house and was on a 2lane highway headed north well i went i came up to a red light in the turning lane to turn right and this truck was in the right lane and was up just a lil' but in front of me. my nose was at his front wheels. well the light turn green and dude like floored it and turn right and drove right over the front half of my car as you can tell. it was like a 70 model dually truck and it was white so no fenders were really stopping it from making it over my car. so i watch two wheels go right in front of my face. plus he pushed me into the curb so hard thus the picture of the wheel with the missing chuck of metal. i layed on the horn and dude didnt stop. my door was jammed and i couldn't get out at first but finally got it and once i had made it out he was too far down the road for me to get tag number. i instantly called police and boy was that a mistake 20 minutes later the cops show up as 2 of them had already passed me and kept going. well we still ahvent been able to find the guy and ive been looking everywhere cause i know the police ain't gonna do nothing for me. i have liability but hit and run is underit i belive waiting to hear from the adjuster. its not a stock civic. that fender is every bit of 500 on password jdm a rim is 100 plus having to paint again and the black housing headlights plus paint plus everything else. but thanks to everyone. i hate that this happened but hopefully ill catch this dude if anyone is in my area hit me up about it if you know me

Sorry to be that "asshole", but since you can afford all that aftermarket stuff, you should have been able to pay for insurance to cover it. and like I said earlier, you've learned something out of all of this.

yes, thats what it is claimed under. have a couple of leads will be checking it out tomorrow and we did a full scope out of the car and dont think it is gonna be totaled so im glad with that part. i like my car too much.
