I have a Sigma EX 10-20 mm - F/4.0-5.6 lens for sale, as well as three accompanying filters (Polarizer, UV, and a Tungsten). I bought the lens about two years ago and it is in excellent shape.

It will come with the lens, the lens hood, the original Sigma case, the lens cap, and all three filters (with cases).
