Most definitely... are there any specific cars you want me to use? If there are, where can I find pics of them? I can use member cars, whatever. I have the file saved as a PSD, so that cartoon is just one layer, and is very much removeable. Let me know if there's any particular cars to use, or I can google a show car and a drag car.

Im using photoshop CS (CS2 is the newest available right now IIRC). I think it is somewhere in the ballpark of $600 to get it legally.
