PLEASE HELP ME OBD1 FUEL ISSUE

ok so i have 95 civic with an ls in it. its n time has spark turns over but wont start and i dont get fuel on plugs at or or very very little. i have changed injectors, rail, injector plugs and wired n new ones. what would cause me not to get fuel?? any ideas please let me know

do you hear the fuel pump? check for fuel pressure.

your fuel pump is on, cool, is it getting to the engine though? check for fuel pressure at the rail, and do you have OBD1/2 injectors?
