It's an easy giveaway if you look closely; look at the short runner headers on one side of the motor :D.
Other than that, the lack of the Y-pipe on the intake manifold, also helps.

Yes I did and it shows you can't see clearly as even the faded portion of the pic obviously shows a motor significantly smaller than a V6. Figured the lack of a huge intake plenum would have given that away.
